Returns & Replacements

We offer a 3 day 30% restocking fee return policy. If within 3 days you decide that you are not completely satisfied, we will come, pick up the furniture and will provide you a refund minus the 30% restocking fee, delivery and pickup charges.

Details of return policy:

No returns or exchanges on Special Orders (Items are done with your preferences specially for you)

For eligible items, we will deduct 30% restocking fee of your purchase, the original delivery and pickup charge from your refund. The pickup charge is the same as the delivery charge.

We must be notified within 3 days of receiving your delivery. After 3 days unfortunately, we will not be able to accept your return.

Our products are packaged really well to ship without damage. Without the original packaging, we will not be able to accept your return. If you have requested assembly service, you are still responsible for retaining the original packaging.

Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its unused new condition. Products that have scratches, stains, damages, or any other modifications will not be returnable.

Zozi’s Loft is only responsible for purchases and prices through zozisloft.com. We have only one location and have no relationship with any other website.

How to start return process:

Please contact us to get a return authorization. We will dispatch a carrier to pick up your item and ship it back to our warehouse. We will inspect the returned merchandise within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise into our warehouse, to ensure that they are in like-new condition. We will then process your request and issue a credit to your credit card or PayPal within seven days. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take up to 5 business days after we issue your refund for the credit to appear.

Please note that custom orders and additional service fees paid are non-refundable. This includes fees paid for in-room delivery, for assembly service and for delivery and pick-ups beyond our standard shipping zone. Items marked as Final Sale or as is cannot be returned.

Warranty:

Sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. If in the unlikely event, your item arrives in less than perfect condition please call us at 1-415-556-9694 or email us at info@zozisloft.com and we will make it right.

The manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of shipping. Zozi’s Loft, at its discretion, will courier replacement parts immediately or ship a replacement to you. Please note that warranties are not transferable and do not extend to re-sold items. For warranty to be in effect, products must have been used for its intended purpose through normal use. Defects resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal wear and tear, or if used for commercial purposes are not covered by warranty.
